The Swicar platform offers paid membership packages such as Swicar Plus and Swicar Pro, which provide various benefits. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund conditions for paid memberships and premium services. Users are expected to adhere to these conditions.
1. Membership Cancellation Paid memberships can be cancelled by users at any time. The cancellation process can be done through the membership management portal on the Swicar platform or by contacting Swicar customer service. For cancelled memberships, users can continue to enjoy platform benefits for the remaining days. Once the membership period expires, the provided services and benefits will end. No refunds are provided for cancelled memberships.
2. Membership Duration and Refund Policy Paid Swicar Plus and Swicar Pro memberships on Swicar are billed in 30-day periods, and users can enjoy benefits during this period. In case of cancellation, users may continue to use the benefits for the remaining period after the cancellation date, but no refunds will be issued.
3. Payment Processing Payments for paid memberships and premium services are processed through Swicar's partnered Stripe payment system. For any payment issues, users can contact Stripe or Swicar customer service.
4. Legal Applications This cancellation and refund policy is governed by Swiss law and applies to all users. Swicar reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Policy changes will be communicated to users and take effect upon notification.
