Ad Posting Agreement

1. Definition

This agreement governs the management of vehicle ads posted by users on the Swicar platform, outlining user responsibilities and Swicar's obligations.

2. Scope of the Ad

Swicar allows users to post ads for second-hand and new vehicles. Users can post ads on the platform to sell their vehicles.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users commit to ensuring that the information provided in their ads is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

• Photos in the ads must be owned by the user and accurately represent the vehicle.

• Users should not provide misleading or false information in their ads. Such cases will be considered fraud.

4. Ad Approval

• Swicar will review ads uploaded to the platform and will subject them to an approval process.

• Ads will be published once approved by Swicar. If incorrect information is reported, Swicar will take the necessary actions and may remove the ad.

5. Ad Duration

• Standard membership allows users to post one ad per year, and this ad will be free for 1 month. After the month ends, the ad will be removed.

• Swicar Plus membership allows users to post up to 3 ads. As long as the Swicar Plus membership is active, these ads will remain active, and users will gain priority in campaigns.

• Swicar Pro membership is intended for businesses, offering unlimited ad posting. Users can create a business profile and have a dedicated page.

6. Ad Content

• Required information for ads includes:

  • Year of Manufacture

  • Make and Model

  • Fuel Type

  • Transmission Type

  • Ad Title

  • Ad Description

  • Color

  • Mileage

  • Engine Power

  • Photos

  • Equipment Details

  • Address

  • Phone

  • Price

7. False Information and Violations

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their ads. In case of false information, the user may be removed from the platform or have their account suspended.

• Users who violate Swicar’s rules may have their accounts terminated.

8. Pricing

• Standard membership allows users to post one ad per year, and this ad will be published for 1 month for free.

• Swicar Plus is a paid membership suitable for individual sellers. This membership allows users to create up to 3 ads and keep them active.

• Swicar Pro is a paid membership for businesses, allowing unlimited ad posting. Businesses can create a business profile and have a dedicated page.

9. Legal Responsibilities

• Swicar assumes no responsibility for transactions between users. Users are obligated to comply with this agreement. Violations of this agreement may result in legal consequences.
